Who we are

Cadify (https://cadify.golf) provides a mobile application and related services that connect golfers with caddies. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our services.

What we collect

Account data: name, email address, role (golfer or caddie), and profile details you choose to add (for example photo, bio, hourly rate for caddies).
Booking and payment data: course, date, amounts, payment status, and related messages needed to operate bookings. Card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Device and notifications: if you opt in, a device token for push notifications so we can send booking updates.
Location: only if you grant permission in the app, to support features that rely on course or nearby context. You can change this in your device settings.
Technical data: basic logs and diagnostics to keep the service secure and reliable (for example IP address, device type, and error reports).

Why we use data

We use data to provide and improve the marketplace: accounts, search, bookings, payments, caddie payouts, safety and fraud prevention, customer support, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Processors

We use reputable infrastructure and service providers, including a hosted database and authentication (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe, including where applicable Stripe Connect for caddie payouts), email delivery (for example Resend for transactional email), and app distribution platforms. These providers may process data on our instructions and under their own terms and security practices.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some records (for example payment-related logs) may be retained longer where required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact team@cadify.golf. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Cadify is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
