Agreement
By accessing or using Cadify(the "Service"), including our mobile applications and https://cadify.golf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Cadify provides a platform for golfers to find and book caddies, and for caddies to offer services and receive payment subject to our flows and the rules of the courses and jurisdictions involved. We are a technology provider, not a caddie employer, club, or insurer.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your region. We may suspend or terminate accounts that risk other users, the platform, or legal compliance.
Bookings and conduct
Bookings you place or accept are between you and the other party, subject to these Terms and in-app terms shown at purchase. You agree to follow course rules, treat others with respect, and not misuse the platform (including fraud, harassment, or circumventing payment).
Payments and fees
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Amounts, fees, and any platform component are shown in the app before you confirm. Caddie payouts and withdrawals may require identity or bank verification with our payment partners. You authorize us and our partners to perform transactions you initiate in the app.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are governed by the in-app booking state, applicable law, and any policy we publish in the app. We may update operational rules to protect users and the integrity of the marketplace.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Golf involves inherent risk; you participate at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadify and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of amounts you paid to us in the three months before the event or a nominal cap where permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of Cadify, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise. Courts in the appropriate venue have jurisdiction unless law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on https://cadify.golfand update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent allowed by law.
